Review / Release Blitz: Qualify (Driven World) by TL Mayhew

Release Date: March 18

“We’re looking for someone with a little more experience.”

It’s the same everywhere I turn. No one wants a woman in the pit.
What they don’t understand is, I was practically born with a wrench in my hand. My five brothers all drivers, and my father a retired pit crew manager, taught me everything I know.
Snagging a coveted spot on Kye—THE HOTTEST GUY IN RACING—Kingston’s crew will be the chance I need to show everyone what I’m capable of.

“I can’t believe I’m saying this, but you need her.”

There were more qualified applicants sure, but my manager was right Berkleigh Shaw just might be the motivation that Kingston Racing needs to win.
She’s a spitfire covered in grease. And from the moment she stumbled into my arms the day we first met, I knew she’d be the added fuel to my flame. Both on and off the track.

When the finish line is in sight, LOVE is the only thing that will earn us the checkered flag.

TL Mayhew’s Qualify is an emotionally driven, sexy, contemporary romance written in K. Bromberg’s Driven World.

MY REVIEW
Berkleigh is a determined female in a world full of domineering alpha males, but growing up with an overprotective dad and a whole squad of overprotective brothers has given this woman the strength and the independence to give things a go, do things on her own. Then she meets one of racing's hottest men and she's feeling things for a guy she's never before felt, but there's just one thing, he ends up being her new boss. Will a relationship with her boss get in the way of her dreams?

I think this just may be my favorite of all the Driven World stories because Berkleigh and Kye are amazing together! She's sweet, strong and sassy af without being unbearable. Her chemistry with Kye was as hot and I love the way he was all in with her once he saw her again. This is a sexy, sweet addition to the Driven World.

Meet TL Mayhew
I'm a Contemporary and Dark Romance writer from Nebraska. I have a son in college and one that says he's never going to college. I also have a cat who thinks its a dog and two dogs that actually are dogs.

My love for reading started back in elementary school when my favorite books, The Black Stallion, Black Beauty and Misty of Chincoteague all seemed to have one theme...a horse as the leading character. It's fair to say that since then my reading tastes have changed and now, instead of a horse as the leading character it's a hot alpha.

It wasn't until I married and had two kids, that I put any thought in to writing. Even then it was close to a year before any words were put on paper. And now, I have two self published books.

Please feel free to peruse my site, familiarize yourself with my books and maybe learn more about my personal existence.

Review: One Little Lie by Whitney Barbetti

Review of One Little Lie by Whitney Barbetti ONE LITTLE LIE Hollis is a good girl with a crush on a broody musician. Unfortunately, that boy, Adam, hates her. Why? Because the chip on his shoulder leaves him thinking good girl, rich girl Hollis is a lemming like everyone else in their small town. Which makes it even more unfortunate when years after their high school encounter, Hollis' best friend tries to stick up for her and ends up telling her parents that Adam is the the boyfriend Hollis doesn't actually have. Oops. How will Hollis ever convince Adam to go along with her little lie? I really liked One Little Lie. Hollis is a really naive girl, but she has such a huge heart that I couldn't help but fall in love with her spirit. She's so sweet, so compassionate, the kind of person this world needs more of. Adam, on the other hand, eh, he didn't do much for me. His chip on the shoulder, broody asshole attitude did nothing to endear me to him, but because H...

Coming back to my small Wyoming hometown was supposed to be temporary. I only planned to stay long enough to help my ailing mother and sort through the mess of my family’s old belongings. Instead, I somehow ended up living in Evan Ricci’s house. The single dad now owned a bunch of properties and one of them was the place I’d rented. He’d taken it off the market and moved in before I got there. I just never got the memo. Unfortunately, there was no other place in town available, so Evan let me stay. Evan—the guy my parents took in years a...
