Killian's not just eye candy, though. He's got his own demons, being a photojournalist has given him more to deal with than most people could bear. So it makes sense that he and Addison would find love with each other. The way he stepped up to care for her, be there for her? My favorite part of this already excellent story.
I loved being back in the Kerrighan sisters' world. The bond they all share is quite beautiful to read, and then the guys they fall for are added, and make the world that much better. I love that Addison is a confident woman without the insecurities most BBW stories have. Of course, she's only human, though, so other things take their toll on her, and it was nail biting reading as they tried to deal with it all. I kinda had already guessed who the real villain was, but reading how it all went down was a rollercoaster of emotions and heightened suspense. The ending was downright sweet, if a bit of a tearjerker, and tied up Killian and Addison's story in the perfect way. I am dying now too, to read as the next sister, Liliana, brings uber alpha, Omar, to his knees.
