MY REVIEW
Meeting Holden, interviewing him for her podcast, was a dream come true for Reese. There was an immediate insane attraction, but the timing wasn't right. Fast forward two years and they meet again. Will their timing be perfect now? Time for that insane attraction that's only gotten hotter, to be consummated? Well...perhaps, if only the biggest obstacle one could imagine hadn't just presented itself...


I just love this sweet, swoony sports romance, for many, many reasons. First being that Reese and Holden are adorable together. And as individuals they're just as perfect. He's an anomaly in sports romance - sweet, kind, NOT A PLAYER, and is able to verbalize his feelings, not only to himself, but to her. And then there's his love Reese. Just as sweet and kind as Holden, with a strong backbone, loving heart for her besties and her family, and smart. The kind of heroine I love most.

Lauren's romances are always well written with entertaining storylines and heroes and heroines who run the gamut from sweet to alpha and commanding. Reese and Holden are on the sweet end, with explosive chemistry, and the cast of loved ones who surround them, as evidenced by the epilogue, obviously have stories to tell too. I can't wait to read them all!
