MY REVIEW
Diesel was tasked by Red to watch over Tracey, so that's what he's been doing. Unfortunately for him, she's blossomed a lot in the years since he was given the job, and now she's over her grumpy, scowling protector scaring off all her customers and making it so she doesn't get the tips she needs to make ends meet. So, she'll gather up all that newfound confidence and tell the big guy to back off. Will it go the way she hopes, or will it just serve to set to fire to the attraction that has existed between her and Diesel since he first set eyes on her?


Diesel's grumpy façade hides a world of pain, pain that he shoves down deep and rarely lets show. But lately Tracey's been getting under his skin and he's letting her in. He was planning on heading out because the road was calling, but Tracey's pulling him to her even more than the open road on his bike. Letting Tracey in could either be the best thing to ever happen to him, or everything could implode. He'll just have to take that leap and hope they can make it through.


Whew, talk about hot! And tortured! Diesel and Tracey practically singed my Kindle every time they were in the same room together. I loved how she came into her own and stood up for herself. I loved how she ended up being Diesel's rock, not the other way around. Now let's talk Diesel. That man is a monosyllabic grump. But a seriously hot, possessive one whom I just wanted to hug every time that pain showed through, which wasn't often, but enough to make me want to cry a bit. Thank God he had his little spitfire who believed in the elfin magic his mom did. Melissa Foster's world of Whiskeys and Dark Knights just got even better (if that's possible) with the addition of this beautiful couple. Can't wait for the next two to take the tumble into love.

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel.
