MY REVIEW

Insta everything abounds when Ryder first meets Estella. He shouldn't touch her, though, shouldn't even be around considering Chicago is enemy territory, and Estella is the sister of those enemies, not to mention he's years older than she, AND he's her professor. He doesn't care, though, because he's not one to be told no when he wants something (someone). Little does he know this young woman has been crushing on him for years too...Will he be able to keep their relationship a secret from their feuding families? Will he go to any lengths to protect her?

Estella knows her brothers are vigilantes. She knows theirs is a dangerous world. She also knows they have enemies. But when she finally meets one of them, the delicious older Ryder, she's even more in love with the man she's been crushing on. And she will have him even if she can't let her brothers know. Now she just has to make sure they stay in the shadows, because if their relationship comes to light, she could lose everything she loves.

Professor romances are some of my favorites, and it's because of the forbidden deliciousness of it all. The Professor and His Obsession has this and more. Ryder is so possessive and intense, damaged and dark, just in good need of someone to come along and meet his darkness with light. I loved this story - it's beyond hot, it's entertaining, and the end resolution was just what I was hoping for.

About the Author
V.F. Mason always loved reading books and had quite a few fights with her momma over the genre she liked (romance, duh!) She studied filmmaking and thought that would feed her desire for stories, but that didn’t happen. Finally, when she was tired of all those voices in her head, she sat down and wrote a book. It was a huge decision to make and she thanks her friends and family for supporting her in it. When she is not writing, she can be found with her friends doing all sorts of crazy things or reading recent romance books that were written by her favorite authors.
