MY REVIEW

Rhys and Cleo's first meeting left a decidedly bad taste in Cleo's mouth at the audacity of the man to call her such things when she hadn't even done anything to the man! Their second encounter wasn't any better, and left Cleo wishing she had never met the jerk.

Rhys was struck by cupid the first time he met the lovely Cleo. But he has a condition that struck at the worst time and now she, very logically, can't stand him. Will he get the chance to redeem himself? Apologize and explain?

Damn but this one is a tearjerker. Cleo and Rhys' story definitely pulls on the heart, encompasses the spectrum of emotions and you'll need a box or two (or three) of kleenex while you're reading, especially near the end. I absolutely loved it, and them, and all the secondary cast. Alex Grayson has surpassed all my expectations for a Cocky Hero Club story and set the bar very, very high for future ones to come.
