MY REVIEW

When Johnny assumes his team's new owner is the new secretary, yeah, not exactly a great first impression left on his new boss. But then, she doesn't recognize he's her new team's quarterback either...so their ignorance washes each other's out. Right? Wrong. And their continuing banter even while starting a decidedly non-professional relationship is just everything. But when Hannah pulls a move that could signal the end of that relationship, it will be up to this quarterback to make it to the endzone with Hannah without an interception.

I don't know if this is the first time this duo has written together, but I can safely say, I hope it's not the last, because Decker is fun, sexy, and witty af. Hannah and Decker are so cute as they navigate their new situation. She's learning the game that took her father from her, with her analytical brain and all her musings trying to fit football into a "spreadsheet" kind of format for her understanding, and Decker's there to rile her up and lay his sweet charm on her. I'm always excited to read a sports romance, especially if it's a football one. If the hero is a quarterback, I'm even happier because it gives me all the hottie Jimmy G feels. Considering he's about to take to the field in a couple days for my 49ers Wild Card game, I'd say Decker came at just the right time!
