MY REVIEW

Indi knows her no strings time is up with Archer. Telling him so, though, has the opposite effect on him, all it does is rile him up, giving him a challenge. Though Archer was never truly hers, she can't help but think of him that way even though she knows he doesn't do commitment, love, or actual relationships. So she ends things when she decides to move to his island, knowing she can't do anything to mess up her relationship with his family and the people she loves who all live on Silver Island.


Indi dared to try to end things with Archer, igniting his possessive instincts, which is somewhat surprising considering they weren't exactly in a committed relationship, or so they had said to each other. But the thought of being around Indi and not being able to have her? Yeah, that's not going to happen to this brash, growly alpha. So he proceeds to demonstrate to Indi exactly how over they are, and falls hard (or finally admits it, at least) for the woman who tried to tell him they were no longer.

Indi and Archer's chemistry was positively incendiary. Every time Indi said they were over, and every single time they couldn't stay away from each other, whew! But underneath all that fire were obvious feelings that neither, especially Archer, wanted to admit to, and it hurt reading just knowing they were going to implode at any minute. Their journey to happiness was bumpy, there was more than one obstacle in their path, but in true Melissa fashion, they weathered it all and came out of it stronger than ever, gloriously and joyfully in love. I loved Indi and Archer and won't be forgetting their heartfelt, sexy love story any time soon.
