MY REVIEW
Willow's first heartbreak, her brothers' longtime friend Tucker, is going to be helping out on her family's ranch, and she knows she has to steel her entire being against the man. She absolutely cannot survive another heartbreak from him, so she'll have to make sure she doesn't give into his sweet charm and the feelings she knows are still there. The only problem is, Tucker is damn persistent. He wants to prove he's the man for her, that he's changed, and he's not letting her get away this time. It's a battle of the wills and her heart is up for grabs.
Ahhh ... I love second chance stories like this! When all the pain from the past is there, has to be worked through, but both characters still love each other and are just dying for forgiveness and happiness. Willow is strong willed, loving, and fierce. I adored her character, how she made Tucker work his tail off for her forgiveness and her heart. And Tucker? Whew! Hot, sweet, and and definitely deserving of forgiveness and the second chance he so wanted. The secondary cast is just as great as Willow and Tucker, with Willow's niece Hadley stealing every scene she was in, and Willow's brothers being of the over-protective but loving kind that remind me of my own over protective brother. I've heard this is the last of this series, if so, the author definitely saved the best for last.
