MY REVIEW
Jesse's friends are all pairing up and it's made him a bit envious. He wants that kind of devotion and love too. Then he meets a single mom and her kids and it's looking like he just may have it in reach. But can he and Joss make it work when he's leaving for med school in a short while? It might not be that far in geographical distance, but long distance relationships are nearly impossible when one is a single mom and the other has the schedule of a medical student.
I have to admit older women/younger men stories are normally not my thing, but I loved this one. How could I not when Joss is the kind of character you just want to hug and give the world - a selfless single mom who does everything for her kids but has forgotten self care is as necessary as caring for her kids. And then there's Jesse - the sweetest, funniest dirty talker ever who takes one look at the gorgeous woman and her pirate son, and daughter, and falls like a ton of bricks. Sweet, sexy, and emotionally substantial - the kind of story I like best.
