Veronica Valentine (cool name!) just accidentally sent her *ahem* anonymous blog with details about her fantasies about her gorgeous neighbor, to her entire company. This is a company that has some decidedly stodgy people in it. So now she's out of a job. But when said gorgeous neighbor turns out to be her new boss, she knows she can't stay away. Because bills. Because Mister Sexypants. Yep.
Milo can't keep his thoughts off his new employee. But he knows better than to get involved with her. For one, she's a virgin, and virgins tend to want more than he can offer. And two, hello...he's her boss. But will he be able to resist her for long? Not if she has anything to say about it!
I know I can always count on Lauren for sexy, fun romances, be they alphas and sassy women who bring them to their knees, or sweet, dirty men who fall head over heels for a special, feisty heroine like Milo and Veronica. I loved these two and their story. Veronica may be a virgin, but she knows what and who she wants, and isn't afraid to let her man know. And Milo - whew! Hot but so sweet and with some serious moves in the bedroom. If this entire series is anything like The Virgin Next Door, I know I'm going to love it. Now I'm anxiously awaiting their friends' Axel and Hazel's story, My So-Called Sex Life.
