Nicole and Damien go all out for their friends. Their newest case? Helping Grace with her ex. After he betrayed her and stole her position with her sleazy father, she's hated him. So why's the man in her town trying to get on her good side? Well, no matter, because she certainly won't be giving him a second chance, and Nicole and Damien won't be making it easy on Enoch. That forgiveness? Whatever it is he wants from her, he won't be getting. He certainly won't be getting her heart...
Enoch knew back then that he'd just signed his soul over to evil. But now he's back and Grace is in his sights. Will she ever forgive him? Give him a second chance, at redemption, at winning over her heart? It might be easier if there weren't two people after him for some reason.
I love this series! Damien and Nicole are up to their usual zany shenanigans and I laughed my ass off each time they thwarted Enoch's plans. Grace is the heart, but equally so is Enoch. For a man who did such an unthinkable thing before, he sure is a sweetheart. But it's a good thing, because Grace only deserved all things good. I love these two, the humor, the heart, and their insane chemistry.
