MY REVIEW

Reed has decided the time has finally come for him to claim his one and only. He realizes he may have waited too long, though, when it becomes clear that Leighton is not only unsure about him trying to boss his way back into her life, but that she's already dating other people. What's a possessive, obsessed man to do when his soulmate insists on driving him crazy by dating other men? Why, prove to her that he's the only one for her.

I love how much Leighton made Reed work for her heart. She definitely was not down with his bossy ass suddenly claiming she was his at first. But ultimately what she thought were unrequited feelings were not only very much reciprocated, she and Reed were simply meant to be. Reed, bossiness aside, is actually quite a swoony bastard as he's wooing the woman he has loved forever. He and Leighton are a great couple once they finally get together. I haven't read the other stories in this series, but I am definitely planning to read them all now.

Review: Waiting for You by Kate McBrien

Review of Waiting for You by Kate McBrien Justin and Lucy are apart, but for how long? Lucy's staying with her parents, but knows she needs to get out and start living her life again. But when she gets a chance to go to London, it just may be her chance to reunite with the man whose soul has been entwined with hers for centuries upon centuries. But first, our two fated lovers will have to not only reunite, but stay together, beat the odds and the people and/or forces who are trying to keep them apart. Waiting for You is a great followup to Discovering You. Justin and Lucy's story is exciting and passionate, and the mystical/fantasy/paranormal aspect just adds another interesting layer to their already wonderful connection. I normally don't read a lot of paranormal/fantasy/sci-fi romance anymore, but I loved it here in Waiting for You. It's subtle, but ever present and as I said, just makes their story all the more intriguing. I can't wait for the conclusio...
