Juniper "June" Snow has never gotten over her grudge against Apollo Winchester. He hurt her badly years ago and she's never been able to get past that pain. Even worse, she's beyond attracted to the jerk, even gave into that attraction but acts as though it never happened. Now that the two of them are stuck in close proximity while working on her new home, perhaps the two of them can work out their feelings. His because he wants infinitely more with her than her anger and even their one night. And hers because she needs to finally get beyond the antagonism and allow him in for once.
Apollo doesn't know what he did to make June despise him so much, but after she gave into their attraction finally, he knows he needs everything with her, not just her body, but her heart, her love. He'll use their new working proximity to convince her they can have something special. He'll get past her walls if it's the last thing he does...
Apollo and June are so cute together. Their snark and their banter, all that antagonism that June throws at him, and the way you could just tell that antagonism was just covering something much stronger - so much fun! I want to go visit Huckleberry Bay now, and can't wait read as the next adorable couple falls in love.
