Sophia's never really felt like she could be herself, explore her desires. So she heads to the club run by her brother and finds just what she's looking for. Too bad it's with her brother's friend Damon. Damon is...dangerous, according to his reputation. But he makes her feel alive, feel wanted, feel like herself. She's not into submission for submission's sake, but his dominance is definitely something she likes.
I'm so glad to be back in the Morellis' world. Sophia is awesome - strong, independent and knows what and who she wants and is set on getting exactly that. Damon's push and pull is maddening, but considering his backstory, I guess understandable, to a point. Their chemistry is positively yummy, and I can't wait to find out if these two finally get the happiness they deserve. There's a cliffhanger, though, so I won't know until Defy and Own are released, unfortunately. They can't come quickly enough for this woman.
