Asher's at his wit's end. He needs help with his daughter Olivia when her mother goes on a work trip. It can't be just any nanny, though, they need to know ASL. But Asher's boss has just the person - his daughter Phoebe. But why her? Why this woman whose last babysitting experience with Asher's daughter didn't exactly go so well. She's an adult now, though, one who needs a fresh start and who knows ASL. She and Asher will just have to remain professional and ignore their developing feelings. Easy, right?

Phoebe's running from the aftermath of the scandal she left behind at her college. But now she's back home with her dad, where everyone knows just what a mess she is. When her dad sets her up with a job as a nanny to one of his guy's daughters, she knows she has to be a professional, for her sake and her father's. It's going to be difficult for more than one reason. She knows Asher thinks she a screwup even though her last babysitting attempt for him was when she was a teen, thankfully she and his daughter bond right away. Now all she has to do is keep her heart from falling for her boss. Shouldn't be a problem.

I adore this trio of Phoebe, Asher and Olivia. Phoebe may have a history of screwing up and is trying to get past it, but she's growing into her own person, trying to figure her life path out. I love how much growth her character did, and what a truly beautiful person she is. She and Asher spark off each other but it was always obvious just how hard they were going to fall, and as they did I was rooting them on. The heat level here is off the charts, and in the end, after Asher rode to Phoebe's rescue, I knew for sure they were going to find the happiness and love they deserved.
