Leni can't think of anything she'd rather do less than going on a fake date with A-list actor, Duncan Raz. But when her boss kinda sort guilts her into it, she can't say no. Not only is Shea her cousin, she's her boss, and their client needs some help with his image right now. But she will not, will not, be deluding herself into thinking the two of them can possibly have something real, because he's the one man she can't stand, and she's not about to get involved with him, or any man. Her career is too important than to mess with it by being with a client, especially one like Raz.


Duncan took one look at the beautiful woman glaring daggers at him in his publicist's office, and was knocked to his ass. He's spent the time since delighting in riling Leni up every chance he gets, enjoying getting under her skin and having her attention on him. Now that he's lucky enough to be on a date with her, fake and set up though it is, he's going to do his charming best to convince her they can be more, be real, have it all. He'll get past her walls and into her heart if it's the last thing he does...


These two are fire! So much snarky, fun banter, sexual tension up to their eyeballs, and a serious emotional connection building with every word, every glance, every touch. I fell in love with Leni and her closed up heart and Duncan and his beautiful heart just trying to get through to the only woman who didn't throw herself at him. Leni's family is all up in the mix, doing what they do best - pranking each other, scaring the guy trying to be with one of their own, and supporting them both as they figured their relationship out.
