Review: Dirty Little Vow (Tyler & Bella Trilogy #3) by Lisa Renee Jones

DIRTY LITTLE VOW
Tyler & Bella Trilogy #3
by Lisa Renee Jones

Blurb
Tyler Hawk. A man who seems to have it all, except her. Bella. Beautiful, rebellious Bella. His employee. His best friend's sister.

Now his father is dead and the future of the family empire depends on him taking a wife. And there is only one woman he can dare act out this charade with—and that's her. A woman he trusts. A woman he burns for.

And suddenly, it's not a charade at all.

But when the man who declares he will never fall in love, falls, what comes next?

Especially when an enemy wants to take the only thing that matters anymore from him.

That enemy wants Bella.

MY REVIEW

Bella is determined to be there for Tyler, come what may. She's his rock and proves it to him over and over, and let me tell you, there are many times a lesser woman would have bailed on him. But though she's fallen hard for him, does he feel the same? They still haven't quite gotten on the same page on exactly who they are to each other.

Tyler and Bella's journey comes to an epic conclusion in Dirty Little Vow. They have had to overcome a lot of obstacles throughout this trilogy, with so many twists and turns at every turn, and still more to come before they find their HEA. Bella is the real standout here for me - she's tough, strong, and independent, and keeps Tyler on his toes the whole way through, even as she stands strong beside him. Tyler, Tyler, Tyler...he's the one who grows the most, and finally lets himself show some vulnerability to Bella - she's really the only person he allows himself some softness for and in front of. I think it's this trait that made me finally fall so hard for him. He's alpha af, he's dominant, he's stoic, but around Bella, he's all these things and more. I'm going to miss these two, but I have high hopes they'll have cameos in future stories, perhaps in a certain someone's story, who was introduced in this conclusion *hint hint!!*

Review: Waiting for You by Kate McBrien

Review of Waiting for You by Kate McBrien Justin and Lucy are apart, but for how long? Lucy's staying with her parents, but knows she needs to get out and start living her life again. But when she gets a chance to go to London, it just may be her chance to reunite with the man whose soul has been entwined with hers for centuries upon centuries. But first, our two fated lovers will have to not only reunite, but stay together, beat the odds and the people and/or forces who are trying to keep them apart. Waiting for You is a great followup to Discovering You. Justin and Lucy's story is exciting and passionate, and the mystical/fantasy/paranormal aspect just adds another interesting layer to their already wonderful connection. I normally don't read a lot of paranormal/fantasy/sci-fi romance anymore, but I loved it here in Waiting for You. It's subtle, but ever present and as I said, just makes their story all the more intriguing. I can't wait for the conclusio...
