Review / Release Blitz: P.S. I'm Still Yours by Eliah Greenwood

Release Date: September 22

It all started with the worst day of my life.
He waltzed into that church like it hadn’t been years.
Like he’d never taken my first kiss and hopped on a plane, chasing a dream we’d built together.
But the boy who caught fireflies with me is long gone.
He’s famous now.
Filthy rich.
Despicable.
His mom thinks he needs to reconnect with his roots after his latest PR disaster.
That spending some time at the beach house where we vacationed as kids will set his mind straight.
And the real kicker? She’s invited my recently homeless family to join.
They say I’ll learn to forgive him in the next three months. After all, time heals all wounds—even the ones caused by green-eyed celebrities.
Spoiler alert: they’re wrong.
Kane Wilder might have the hearts of millions.
But he’ll never have mine…

MY REVIEW

Hadley "Hads" and Kane were once childhood friends. He was her brother's best friend and their moms were also best friends. Then she stumbled upon an incident she shouldn't have, and it bonded them in a way. They promised to show each other their secrets - his music and her art. But though she had a crush on him, he never saw her that way. Until he did and kissed her, then walked away to go chase his dream. Well he's achieved it - he's a world famous rockstar and in true rockstar fashion, he needs to get out of the spotlight, so he's come home. But Hadley isn't the same girl she was back then and she's not about to hand him her heart or her forgiveness. If Kane wants on her good side again, he's going to have to work for it!

I so was not expecting the heartwrenching tone of this story. Kane had such a horrible childhood, had turned into an adult with severe issues - addiction, mental, and otherwise. No one really knew the extent of the horrible things he had gone through, but Hadley had always seen the real him. Of course, she wasn't so inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt now, so he really had to work to get through to her. The person I really felt for, though, was Hadley. She went through something no one should ever have to. Two broken souls coming together in a heartfelt, albeit painful at times, way. I love these two, love their story, and can't wait to read more from this author now.

Review: Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette (American Revolutionary Tales 2) by Regina Kammer

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now! If you like MM fiction and/or historical fiction, I highly recommend you give Winter Interlude a read. It...
