MY REVIEW

On the worst day of her life, Hailey gets a lifesaving inheritance - a cabin in the small town of Starrycard Creek. It will be perfect for her to go there, get away from her cheating now ex fiancé, and start over. She never imagined how her life would change though - meeting a grumpy gorgeous Finn, and all the lovely residents of her new small town.

Finn's been burned by love, so now shuns it. Then a woman shows up in his town and she needs help renovating the cabin she just inherited. Now Hailey's living with him while he helps her fix up her cabin, tormenting him with her beautiful spirit. He doesn't do love, but he can certainly indulge in a secret roommies with benefits thing without anything getting to his heart, right?

I want to live in Starrycard Creek with Finn's family. All of them are so sweet, funny, and simply adorable. Finn's the grumpy one in the bunch, but deservedly so considering his past. He, unknowingly, was just waiting for Hailey to come along and help him figure out his critical component. The humor, the smokin' chemistry, the witty, snarky banter, and the wonderful characters - my kinda small town.
