A brand new modern royal romance that will sweep you off your feet! From bestselling romance author Erin Nicholas writing as Erin Nicolle!

A marriage proposal from a deliciously handsome and wickedly charming prince sounds like a fairytale.

But for a nerdy scientist with severe social anxiety, it’s a horror story.

Prince Torin O’Grady, with his mischievous blue eyes and his cocky grin, is always in the spotlight. And he needs me to inherit the crown.

But we have nothing in common. He’s a future king. And I’m perfectly happy slogging through mud in my work boots.

So why can’t I stop thinking about him?

Maybe because he won’t stop texting me. And sending me gifts. And making me feel like everything I find awkward and weird about myself is special and amazing.

And there’s also that little detail of him offering me my dream job and telling me that together we can change the world. Well, I could probably 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 for him.

And if I have to marry him 𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘺 to get what we both want, then fine. It’s for the greater good.

It has nothing to do with the way he kisses me. Or that dirty mouth. Or the 𝘳𝘰𝘺𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 he gives me in the bedroom.

Fine. Maybe it does. Still, it’s only a year. Then I can turn in my tiara and come back to my normal, boring, behind-the-scenes life.

But Torin is determined to turn me from reluctantly royal to royally 𝘩𝘪𝘴.

MY REVIEW

Torin needs to find himself a princess if he's to become the next King. Who better than the gorgeous scientist he's never gotten out of his mind? He's used to getting what he wants, and even though she's turned him down, MORE THAN ONCE, before, this time he knows she'll say yes - to marriage, because he'll give her everything she wants. And maybe, just maybe, he'll convince her to give him her heart. After all, she already has his!

Abigail is quite the opposite of loud, charismatic Torin. So why does he keep circling in her mind? Why does he persist in trying? And why the heck is he asking her to marry him, even if it's just for a year? No matter, she can do this, and they'll both get what they want. But what happens if things change, if feelings happen? Can she really live her life in the public eye? She, the girl who has such bad social anxiety that she throws up just thinking about speaking in public? Maybe she can, because Torin's quickly becoming her rock, and she knows she can be his.

I absolutely love the Landrys, and was so excited when I heard Erin was going to write a spinoff series about characters already in the Landry universe. Now that I've read the first one, I can safely say that these royals are just as fabulous as their counterparts in Louisiana. Torin is a sweet cinnamon roll with a dirty, dirty mouth. A prince who fell hard and fast for his princess, even if he wasn't sure how she felt about him. Opposites attract can be tricky, but these two made it look so good. Abigail charmed everyone, even the intimidating King and all the public who just wanted to get to know their new princess, so it was perfect that her prince fell first.

Review: Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette (American Revolutionary Tales 2) by Regina Kammer

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now! If you like MM fiction and/or historical fiction, I highly recommend you give Winter Interlude a read. It...
