Brady laid eyes on the beautiful blonde and knew she was the one. Well, the one he wanted at least. But when she ghosted him after the most intense encounter of his life, he figured he'd never see her again. Then luck smiles on him and there she is - an attendant on one of his flights. Now to get an explanation from her why the ghosting, and to get her back into his bed. Little did he know that his playboy ways were effectively done now that had Lily put her spell on him.

Brady doesn't know why Lily ghosted him. There's something in her life, something horrible, that keeps her in chains, keeps her caged, and she can't tell him. But she underestimated Brady in every way because he's not, or not any longer, just a playboy who lives a life of luxury and decadence. He's uber alpha, protective to the extreme, and now that he's found Lily, he'll scorch the earth to protect her and love her.

Move over all other alphas of Marni's, cuz Brady is here and he is the new king alpha!! Seriously protective, burn down the world, she is mine, alphahole. I love how Lily, just by way of not tripping all over herself to be with him, brought him out of his manwhore ways and revealed a whole new side of him. Their chemistry is five alarm smokin' hot, and I was on the edge of my seat wondering just how Brady was going to get Lily and himself out of the clusterf* she'd unfortunately found herself in. The Sinner and Brady and Lily are definitely my favorite couple and my favorite story in this series. There's some suspense and action that weave with the intense emotional and physical relationship in a perfect, organic way. I'm in love with this couple and now even more excited for the final two stories in the series, The Heartbreaker and The One.
