Polly and Ryan, her brother's best friend, had a crazy hot night, but he never called after, so she's assuming he didn't want a repeat, didn't want anything to do with her. Except, perhaps it was a bit of miscommunication or misunderstanding, because Ryan is interested in a lot more than one time with Polly.
Ryan's come back to his roots. He's back on the ranch, and he's even got his new son Jake with him. His life would be complete if he could convince Polly that he wants everything with her. He knows she's got the wrong idea about herself, and even about him, so he's decided to gently but firmly, show her what she means to him and his son.
Such a sweet story! Ryan is adorable with Jake. Jake is adorable with Polly. They're all adorable with their found, and original, families. And Polly and Ryan are seriously adorable with each other. I love the way Ryan convinced Polly of his true feelings, in sweet, sexy billionaire style. But what I love most is how Jake gets welcomed into the fold of the Wild family and how he in turns embraces Polly. The Wilds make me want to embrace my parents' country roots on their ranch, and create my own Wild world.
