MY REVIEW
Autumn has a dream guy, literally. He invades her dreams nightly, and she wonders if there's a real man out there who can possibly measure up to Mr. Dreamy. Then the spitting image of Mr. Dreamy walks out of her dreams and into Cozy Coffee. Alas, he's not the sweet man she was expecting, so she puts him out of her mind.
Autumn may have put him out of her mind, but Zane (Alex) hasn't been able to do that with her. Just the opposite, in fact, and he wants her...as a friend, something sorely lacking in his life, and what he needs at this time of his life. He came to this small town to get away from the viciousness of his real life, and Autumn is the warmth he needs. The only question is, is she willing to hang out with him and get to know him, the real him?
Autumn and Zane's friends to more journey is just what I needed to read to get me ready for fall. They're snarky and funny from the very first, but they connect on such a deep level that I knew I was in for a treat in the very beginning. When he falls first, there's no way I can resist reading, and boy did Zane fall first, and fall fast. He may have said he wanted a friend, and that's what he got, but there was no way that friendship wasn't going to quickly become more. Not when there was a love spell in the air of this sweet, magical town, and when the couple has the delicious chemistry that Autumn and Zane have. Her friend Julie, and his newly regained friend Nick's story, The Hookup Situation, is up soon in Lyra's Billionaire Situation series, and I am so excited for it after reading Zane and Autumn's fun, sexy story.
