MY REVIEW

Maggie and Colt met one fateful summer in Paris and developed a first love that was destined...to (not) be. They should have been enjoying a life with love, children, and all that, but fate had different plans for them. Now all these years later, though, somehow fate has brought them back together in Italy. Is their timing right this time? Or will the thing that tore them apart the first time, tear them apart again?


I love Maggie and Colt's second chance love story! From the blush of teenaged first love, to the melancholy years of separation, clear down to the joyful yet emotional highs and lows of their reunion, I was here for every word, rooting them on and hoping they were finally in the right space to make it work.


Meet Kelly Kay


I used to create dreams with my best friend growing up. We'd each pick a boy we liked, then we'd write down a meet-cute that always ended with a happily ever after. Now I get to dream every day, although it's a little steamier now.

I'm a Chicago-based writer, married to a writer, mother of a creative dynamo of a twelve-year-old boy and currently a little sleepy. I'm a klutz and goofball and love lipstick as much as my Chuck Taylors. And there are pretty good odds that I have either a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in my hand right now.
