Daring Destiny is a sweltering saga of billionaire intrigue, opposites-attract, slow-burn, friends-to-lovers with an unexpected life-changing twist.
Before I founded my AI tech company, I spent my high school years silently pining over Astrid Gustafsson, the unattainable ice-blonde beauty. Fast forward a decade and I’m shocked when she asks to collaborate on a secret project. The opportunity is too enticing to pass up.
Our newfound friendship quickly ignites into a wildfire of desire, and my passion for Astrid intensifies, leaving me eager to risk everything for our future. The challenge is, relentless demands of my high-stakes empire threaten to smother the flames of our burgeoning romance.
When fate dramatically intervenes, will a life-changing twist dare us to embrace our destiny?

When Brennan's contacted by his old high school acquaintance, he's surprised but not ready to engage. Back then he had a huge crush on her, but his baggage and their opposite natures kept him from ever telling her. Knowing she only wants to connect regarding their upcoming high school reunion, and finding out she has an idea for an app though, has them starting a slow burn relationship that ends up as much more than two old high school acquaintances. But that baggage they both have could mean they're not meant to be.
This pair of opposites had their work cut out for them to get to the happy ever after I was rooting them onto. Not only were Brennan and Astrid complete opposites in personality, they had baggage up the wazoo - his neurodivergence and hyperfocusing on his career, her insecurities brought about her horrible home life, but their professional lives intersected in ways that could have easily been too much to surmount. But their journey, though emotional and at times hard to read, turned out to be heartfelt and sweet. Their emotional connection is so solid, I just knew they'd make it, and they did! I love this couple, and am looking forward to more of the McGloughlin clan falling in love.
