Blurb
I, Fallon Hayes, need to stop playing pranks on my boss. Did I mention he’s my new roommate?

Being the private chef for the retired hockey player who haunts my fantasies is a bad idea. Living down the hall from him is an even worse idea, especially considering the one night stand we had ten years ago.

What happened back then was unforgettable. Proof that we are destined to hate each other.

3 reasons why I absolutely cannot fall for my boss / roommate / one-night-stand:

1. I hate him and haven’t spoken to him in a decade.
2. Poisoning your CEO client is bad for the chef business.
3. Harrison Stafford obviously doesn’t do commitment (unless it’s the demon cat we’ve adopted).

Pranking Harrison is the highlight of my day. Sure, I work for him. But bedazzling his most prized possession is just one of the secret ingredients for my innocent revenge.

One night with him again – and I, Fallon Hayes, know I’m about to get burned.

MY REVIEW

Harrison knows his meddling mother is right - he needs to hire Fallon as his private chef. Not for some fancy reason, but because he has celiac disease, and Fallon's style of allergen free cooking is top notch. But why would he want his former ons to live in his home and remind him of that weekend? he doesn't want that, but his mom has outmaneuvered him on this issue. Now he'll just have to try to keep it professional, if he can...

Fallon's determined not to let Harrison (or that pesky attraction) get under her skin, but it's difficult. She might not want to remember that weekend, but she does, boy does she. But he apparently doesn't like her anymore than she likes him, hence the little prank war they're engaged in. But that prank war, while fun, isn't exactly disguising their real feelings for each other, and eventually they give in. Will this be their second chance?

Harrison and Fallon are so much fun. Their prank war is epic in a really cute, non evil kind of way, their banter is snark perfection, and there's the cat too. Though their reunion was less than happy, the close proximity forced them to confront their feelings, and that chemistry wasn't to be denied. The surrounding cast is so amazing - I want my own Walter, and Harrison's family, especially his mom, though meddling, are loving and welcoming. I'm going to miss this series, this family, but the epilogue made me happy to know they're all still happily in love and going strong.

Review: Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette (American Revolutionary Tales 2) by Regina Kammer

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now! If you like MM fiction and/or historical fiction, I highly recommend you give Winter Interlude a read. It...
