MY REVIEW
After Lottie was left at the altar by her ex, she decided that not only are Watsons not for her, romantic happy ever afters and love aren't for her either. Luckily for Brooks' said ex's brother, the two of them drunkenly marry in Vegas. Now he has a limited (4 dates) timeframe to convince her to stay married, that they're the ones for each other. He's been pining for Lottie forever, and now is the time for him to get his dream woman. He just has to get past her super strong walls and into her heart.
When a man pines for someone as long and as intensely as Brooks did for Lottie, he absolutely deserves to get his happy ever after dream woman. I was rooting him on the whole time, but I'll admit for a minute there, I worried he wouldn't be able to. She was so guarded against further pain that she kept Brooks at a huge distance for most of their story. Considering what happened to her, though, she gets a pretty big pass for the slow burn pace. Brooks and Lottie are so sweet, so adorable that I'm still smiling writing this review.
