Blurb
I knew I’d made a mistake the second I woke up hungover in a stranger’s arms in Vegas.
But the worst part?
The wedding ring on my finger.

I thought it was over and done with—one wild night, one bad decision, and no lasting damage.
Turns out, I was wrong.

Fast forward two years, and I’ve got a fiancé. A perfectly decent man with a steady job and a five-year plan.
But there’s one tiny problem…
I’m still married.

Oops.

Now I’m driving to San Francisco to fix the mess I made and finally get that annulment. Quick and painless. No big deal. Right?

Wrong.

Because the second I see Cian O’Brien, I remember exactly why I said yes that night.
The Irish charm. The cocky grin. And that sinful body I can’t stop staring at.

Now I’ve got a choice to make.
Do I go back to my picture-perfect fiancé?
Or do I take a chance on the man I can’t stop thinking about—and the marriage I never even wanted …

MY REVIEW

Grace thought that the accidental marriage she had in Vegas a couple years ago, was annulled. Nope. She finds out she's still married when she and her fiancé apply for a license. Now she has to go to San Francisco and track down her estranged husband so she can convince him to sign the divorce papers. Should be no problem...except for the fact that maybe she'll end up remembering why she married Cian in the first place, and want to stay in the city rather than going back to a man who doesn't see her, and one she's not really in love with.

When confronted with his past, instead of sticking around to see what Grace wanted, Cian ran. And kept running every time after that. But when she comes back again, this time he sticks around because he can't get her out of his mind. Now she has to choose - staying with him, the man who loves her, or go back to her fiancé and her life in San Diego.

Grace and Cian are quite simply, adorable. It's like love at first sight even though it took both of them a bit to figure that out, but the journey to figure it out was so fun, and so sweet. I loved being with his big, meddling but loving family as they supported them, gave them advice, and helped them get on the same page so they could finally be together, forever. I was was really in the mood for something lighthearted but with depth, humor, and so much love - love of family and found family, and the sweet, soulmate kind of love that Grace and Cian found.

Review: Waiting for You by Kate McBrien

Review of Waiting for You by Kate McBrien Justin and Lucy are apart, but for how long? Lucy's staying with her parents, but knows she needs to get out and start living her life again. But when she gets a chance to go to London, it just may be her chance to reunite with the man whose soul has been entwined with hers for centuries upon centuries. But first, our two fated lovers will have to not only reunite, but stay together, beat the odds and the people and/or forces who are trying to keep them apart. Waiting for You is a great followup to Discovering You. Justin and Lucy's story is exciting and passionate, and the mystical/fantasy/paranormal aspect just adds another interesting layer to their already wonderful connection. I normally don't read a lot of paranormal/fantasy/sci-fi romance anymore, but I loved it here in Waiting for You. It's subtle, but ever present and as I said, just makes their story all the more intriguing. I can't wait for the conclusio...
