The next morning, we made a pact.
Each of us going our separate ways.
Until two pink lines changed everything.

Jaxon
Life was going my way.

She was different now.
One thing led to another and we got carried away.
It was supposed to be one night.
Our secret.
Then she’s at my door with news that rocks my world.
I’m going to be a dad.

MY REVIEW

Ariella and Jaxon have known each other their whole lives, what with their fathers being best friends, and their families both hockey families. But they're almost a decade in years apart so haven't seen each other for awhile, when they meet again at a gala. And it's after that gala that they spend a memorable, but never to be repeated (or revealed to others) night. But that desire for secrecy can't be kept because of 2 little pink lines...

Jaxon knows he isn't supposed to still be thinking of Ariella, but he can't help it. He wants more with her, a lot more. Then she arrives on his doorstep with a huge surprise. Now he can see everything with her, if she'll only let him in completely, believe they can be everything. Their baby may have been the catalyst for them coming back together, but it's their love that will keep them together.

Ari and Jaxon are so freaking sweet together. They have the easy familiarity that only people who've known each other forever have, with an edge of steaming hot attraction that quickly turns to something deeper and more intimate. Their big families don't make it easy for them to try and keep everything a secret, what with their loving meddling and prying, but they're also around for support and of course love. Natasha's hockey era is off to an amazing start with Jaxon the sweet, charming hockey hero, and Ariella the sassy sweetheart who can't resist her longtime friend, can't wait for Kirby and Lexi to fall in love next in Only for Love.

Meet Natasha Madison
When her nose isn’t buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she’s in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It’s a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn’t listen to her…

Review: One Little Lie by Whitney Barbetti

Review of One Little Lie by Whitney Barbetti ONE LITTLE LIE Hollis is a good girl with a crush on a broody musician. Unfortunately, that boy, Adam, hates her. Why? Because the chip on his shoulder leaves him thinking good girl, rich girl Hollis is a lemming like everyone else in their small town. Which makes it even more unfortunate when years after their high school encounter, Hollis' best friend tries to stick up for her and ends up telling her parents that Adam is the the boyfriend Hollis doesn't actually have. Oops. How will Hollis ever convince Adam to go along with her little lie? I really liked One Little Lie. Hollis is a really naive girl, but she has such a huge heart that I couldn't help but fall in love with her spirit. She's so sweet, so compassionate, the kind of person this world needs more of. Adam, on the other hand, eh, he didn't do much for me. His chip on the shoulder, broody asshole attitude did nothing to endear me to him, but because H...

Coming back to my small Wyoming hometown was supposed to be temporary. I only planned to stay long enough to help my ailing mother and sort through the mess of my family’s old belongings. Instead, I somehow ended up living in Evan Ricci’s house. The single dad now owned a bunch of properties and one of them was the place I’d rented. He’d taken it off the market and moved in before I got there. I just never got the memo. Unfortunately, there was no other place in town available, so Evan let me stay. Evan—the guy my parents took in years a...
