Blurb
Victoria

Being offered a job in a brand-new city wasn’t something I was planning on.
Neither was meeting him at a random hotel bar that same night.
We shared a drink, flirted, and then one thing led to another.
We exchanged first names, and I escaped the next morning with a quick goodbye.
I never expected to see him again.
I especially never expected him to come face-to-face with him at my brother’s house.
As the new coach of the team.

Zane
I was the youngest coach in the NHL.
I had to focus on one thing and one thing only.
My job.
It’s the only thing I had time for.
Until I came face-to-face with the stranger I thought I would never see again.
She’s off-limits in every sense of the word.
Not just because she’s younger than me.
She’s the sister to my star player.

MY REVIEW

Victoria (Tori) has an unforgettable ons that is exactly what it says - once, never to be repeated and never to see each other again. But when her bearded Zaddy turns up as her brother's hockey coach, suddenly there's an opportunity for her and Zane to continue what they thought they'd never have again, if she can convince Zane. They'll need to keep it a secret, though, especially from her brother (Jaxon from Only For Tonight), the captain of Zane's team.

Zane's getting a lot of pushback in his new position as the youngest coach in the NHL. Pushback from some of his players, pushback from the media, and maybe pushback from his own team captain if he ever finds out he's dating his younger sister. He may have to choose between his new job and Victoria if it comes down to it...

The chemistry between this couple is crazy hot from their first words to each other. She's a sassy spitfire who doesn't let up on her man, convincing him to take a chance on them even if they have to keep it a secret. And Zane, oh Zaddy Zane, whew is he a naughty, naughty man who's practically feral for his woman. I'm not normally a big age gap fan, but it isn't even an issue for me with Zane and Victoria because they fit seamlessly with each other, the only people who care about that gap in their world are people who don't matter. These two are adorable and delicious, and I honestly could have read pages and pages more of their story.

Meet Natasha Madison
When her nose isn’t buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she’s in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It’s a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn’t listen to her…

Review: Waiting for You by Kate McBrien

Review of Waiting for You by Kate McBrien Justin and Lucy are apart, but for how long? Lucy's staying with her parents, but knows she needs to get out and start living her life again. But when she gets a chance to go to London, it just may be her chance to reunite with the man whose soul has been entwined with hers for centuries upon centuries. But first, our two fated lovers will have to not only reunite, but stay together, beat the odds and the people and/or forces who are trying to keep them apart. Waiting for You is a great followup to Discovering You. Justin and Lucy's story is exciting and passionate, and the mystical/fantasy/paranormal aspect just adds another interesting layer to their already wonderful connection. I normally don't read a lot of paranormal/fantasy/sci-fi romance anymore, but I loved it here in Waiting for You. It's subtle, but ever present and as I said, just makes their story all the more intriguing. I can't wait for the conclusio...
