Review: Jan Frost (Dark Christmas Daddies #2) by Serena Pier

Jan Frost (Dark Christmas Daddies #2) by Serena Pier is NOW LIVE!

Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GJ4R2R5Z

What to expect from Jan Frost:

🎄 Age-gap romance. She’s 30. He’s 64.
🇵🇱 A grumpy retired Polish mafia boss who didn’t expect to fall in love again.

Blurb
The week before Christmas.
They lock eyes across the bar, and recognition freezes them in their tracks.

She’s his online fantasy.
He’s her most devoted subscriber.

On this snowy Chicago night, the spark between them turns parasocial obsession into a dangerous connection. It should be nothing more than a holiday fling. Instead, it becomes something neither of them can walk away from. Because once Jan Frost decides something is his, he doesn’t let it go.

A filthy yet surprisingly sentimental age gap romance, Jan Frost unwraps what happens when a wealthy reformed criminal—cold and untouchable as winter itself—meets the one woman hot enough to melt him.

MY REVIEW

Jan has been obsessed with Max since he first saw her videos. It doesn't matter she's 30 years younger than he, he's fascinated by her, and he means to show her she's his. This Christmas is going to be magical indeed.

Jan and Max's insta-love is so damn spicy and sweet that it had me all anxious for Christmas to come, even though Halloween hasn't even happened yest. Normally an age gap this large would give me the ick, but with these two, the years between them didn't bother me, at all. He's just so all in from even before they meet, and all he wants to do is give her the world. Max is a confident sweetheart who so completely deserved a man who only wanted to adore her and spend the rest of their lives being her most devoted partner. Honestly, all holiday romances should have such a strong love at its core, age gap or no. I love these two and their yummy holiday love story.

You TV series

Wow, hubby and I watched You on Lifetime last night. It was creepy and suspenseful. Hubby likened it to Dexter , and I have to agree. Penn Badgley was on point - creepy, stalkery, but fascinating. I didn't think too much of Elizabeth Lail's acting, but I'm not sure if it was just that her character was bland, or if it was truly bad acting. Can't wait for next week!
